Die Rolle

Du verstrkst unsere SAP-Experten fr Human Capital Management (HCM) im Entwicklungsteam sterreich in der Abteilung SAP Globalization. Durch unser Produkt erhalten rund 20 Millionen Angestellte weltweit ihr monatliches Gehalt.

Mchtest du in einem hoch motivierten Team in St. Leon-Rot mitarbeiten, das fr die sterreichische Version der Gehaltsabrechnung zustndig ist? Das Team modelliert Gesetzesnderungen in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung und setzt sie in unserer Software um. Unsere Kunden erwarten qualitativ hochwertige Lsungen, die den von der Verwaltung festgelegten gesetzlichen Anforderungen entsprechen. Das Team ist fr einen groen Kundenstamm verantwortlich.

Diese Position bietet Dir die Mglichkeit, Dein Fachwissen durch ein breites Spektrum an Verantwortlichkeiten und damit verbundenen Aufgaben zu erweitern. Du wirst fr alle Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses verantwortlich sein, in erster Linie fr die Modellierung und Implementierung, aber auch fr die Anforderungsanalyse, das Testen, die Wartung und den Second-Level-Support fr unsere Kunden. Du wirst ebenfalls strategische Projekte wie die HCM-Lsung fr SAP S/4HANA und die Cloud untersttzen.

Dein Profil

• Mindestens ein Bachelor-Abschluss, vorzugsweise ein Master-Abschluss, ein Ingenieursabschluss oder eine Promotion in Informatik, Mathematik, Physik, Wirtschaft oder hnlichen Bereichen

• Sehr gute Programmier- und Modellierungskenntnisse (ABAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus) sowie ausgeprgte analytische Fhigkeiten

• Fhigkeit, schnell zu lernen, sowie ein hohes Ma an Verstndnis fr die Anforderungen des Managements

• Fhigkeit, qualitativ hochwertige und zuverlssige Arbeit zu leisten

• Ausgeprgte Kommunikationsfhigkeiten: Fhigkeit, im Team zu arbeiten, aber auch selbstndig zu arbeiten

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in einem interdisziplinren und multikulturellen Umfeld

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (schriftlich und mndlich) sind zwingend erforderlich

• Gute Englischkenntnisse (schriftlich und mndlich) sind erforderlich

• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung

• HCM-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
