The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the current Project Managers with the below duties:

  • Communicate with project management team regularly on project needs

  • Review/Process submittals

  • Obtain relevant permitting

  • Assist with processing change orders

  • Work on project costs and schedules to keep project running smoothly

  • Join in client meetings to take notes and provide updates when applicable

  • At least 3 years of experience within the construction industry in a project coordinator or project engineer capacity

  • Organized

  • Familiarity with project management software

  • MS Office capabilities

  • Experience in a client-facing environment

My client is a well-known general contractor headquartered in St. Louis with local projects in the area and a strong presence and office in Kansas City as well. They are currently averaging right around $200M in annual revenue with plans to get to $300M in the next 3-5 years. Their client base has grown substantially in the last few years. In fact, they were able to double in size within the last 3 years. They have done an excellent job of developing their employees and promoting internally but due to their growth they are needing more leadership in the project management team. This position will assist in leading larger scale projects ranging up to about $40M-$50M on the upper end. Quick growth can be associated with this role and the intent is to move this person into a director level position within 2 years. Apply directly for consideration within 24 hours.
