ManpowerGroup Business Systems Analyst in St. Louis, Missouri

Our client from food manufacturing industry is seeking a business systems analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT business analysis, SalesForce, ERP SQL/SQL Queries which will align successfully in the organization.

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Location: St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Pay Range: 80K - 100K Annually + Fulltime benefits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or information technology.

  • At least two (2) years related experience in the information technology industry, with emphasis in integrated business systems like ERP, Sales Force, etc.

  • Working technical knowledge of systems development, operations support and help desk operations in support of multiple business processes.

  • Ability to understand business processes and ability to relate technology solutions to business practices.

  • Knowledge of relational databases - MS SQL Database preferred.

  • Knowledge of Reporting Systems.

  • Knowledge of SQL queries.

  • Knowledge of current information technologies.

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization and communication skills.

  • Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analyzing Information, Software Maintenance

  • Teamwork.

  • Good written and oral communication and interpersonal relations skills.
