Emerson Employer Brand Manager in St. Louis, Missouri

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Partner with the North America Talent Acquisition team on digital, social and traditional media initiatives to ensure talent brand marketing materials are engaging, relevant and facilitate attracting high quality[GW1] diverse talent with a focus on measurement & ROI

  • Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate the brand by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships, both internal and externally

  • Assist in the continued activation of our EVP (Employer Value Proposition) through global collaboration with our Talent Acquisition, Corporate Marketing and Employee Experience & Communications teams

  • Collaborates with the TA Sourcing team, internal networks, and Employee Resource groups on content and enterprise programming strategies to attract diverse talent

  • Craft and build a portfolio of marketing content (videos in Lumen5, social media, written testimonials, etc.) that brings our employer brand to life via various social media channels

  • Lead and grow our talent community with consistent outreach via email marketing (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)

  • Lead social channel engagement channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Lead university relations recruitment material and vendor pages (Yello, Handshake)

  • Collaborate with corporate marketing to synchronize employer branding initiatives according to established guidelines, which involve enhancing, fine-tuning, and evaluating the effectiveness of the Emerson Careers website and all Talent Acquisition-owned pages.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or similar field.

  • 3 or more years of experience in employer brand management.

  • Prior experience developing original written content.

  • Experience working with talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other job boards, plus a variety of marketing tools including social media marketing platforms, content management systems, video editing tools, and analytics.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
