Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst on the Business Management Team, you will have an exciting opportunity to engage with IT leaders and become a part of our financial planning and analysis team. We are looking for a someone who will embrace the opportunity to build relationships across the organization within our financial planning and analysis practice. This practice involves our delivery of critical data analytics for IT management.
As a Financial Analyst , your role will include providing forecast and financial data insights and reporting to IT and business partners globally. You will also answer inquiries around financial processes, and will be responsible for reviewing the organization's monthly financial reporting and championing data management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with IT leaders by analyzing financial data, including investment and operations, to provide insights and delivery reporting needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in our annual forecast planning processes
Manage monthly financial reporting and identify trends for IT-related costs
Prepare fiscal year business unit management fees
Utilize data mining and modeling techniques to pull data for the creation of financial, statistical and operational business summaries
Contribute to special projects related to financial process improvements and ad-hoc financial inquiries
Serve as a primary liaison between IT and business teams; may provide information that supports actionable items and fiscal reporting to business stakeholders
**This position offers a hybrid work environment, which includes the ability to work from home but will also require an on-site presence as needed at our Lakeside and/or Clayton Corporate HQ campus locations in St. Louis, Missouri.

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or related field is required
2+ years of related experience
1+ years of of Accounting/Financial Reporting or Business Management experience
Motivated, self-starter
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to train others, delegate and escalate where and when appropriate
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work within a team
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred:
Advanced experience with Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Proven success identifying, implementing, and maintaining key performance metrics and insights
Advanced MS Excel experience, to include Power Query
Data mining and modeling
