World Wide Technology Senior Program Manager - Supply Chain in St. Louis, Missouri

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

  • Track-record of effectively managing teams to complete multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities withminimum guidance.

  • Knowledge of managing high volume/complex programs.

  • Experience managing and controlling program financials.

  • Understanding of managing all Supply Chain lab services (L1-4) or similar IT and supply chain deployment projects.

  • Performing scoping activities as needed.

  • Knowledge managing a program with multiple complex franchises within.

  • Using data-driven analytics to measure and manage program performance, risks, and opportunities proactively.

  • Identifying and eliminating wastes using lean methodology.

  • Recognizing and mitigating problems proactively (versus reactively).

  • Experience using SCPMO tools and/or PMI methodology.

  • Managing and leading cross-functional teams and applying leadership principles to daily responsibilities.
