Center For Diagnostic Imaging Accounts Payable Clerk in St. Louis Park, Minnesota
RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team three days a week. This is part-time position is a hybrid role offering a flexible work environment and the opportunity to work from home. The role does require a minimum of one day in the office per week at our newly renovated St. Louis Park office. This position is a part-time, working Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. (80%) Accounts Payable Support Answer Accounts Payable group e-mails and phone calls received internally and externally Open and distribute the department mail Contact vendors to pay invoices via purchasing-card Contact new vendors for W-9's and business agreements, if applicable Assist with monthly purchasing-card statement audits Review all vendor statements, ensuring all accounts are up to date Assist with monthly purchasing-card reconciliations (10%) Tax Payment Support Process unclaimed property as requested by the tax department Process tax department incurred professional service invoices (10%) Perform other tasks as assigned Required: High School diploma Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills Preferred: Accounts Payable experience RAYUS is committed to delivering clinical excellence in communities across the U.S., driven by our passion for and superior service to referring providers and patients.
