MUST BE COVID VACCINATED AND DOUBLE BOOSTED.

Major responsibilities:

• Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources

• Seek further information for documents that are considered to be incomplete

• Retain detailed accounts of tasks, files, and progress

• Categorize information into paper spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems

• Survey reports and sheets of data

• Review completed work for content errors or duplicate values before presenting the final product

• Search the internet for information

  Requirements

MUST HAVE neat handwriting as this is a paper heavy role

MUST HAVE strong customer service experience

MUST HAVE purchase order experience

Experience involving Physical Files

Organizing Files experience highly preferred

Solid understanding of Purchase Orders

Adeptness in data entry

Document Review experience highly desired

High typing accuracy

Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

Ideal candidate must have adept computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

Excellent oral and written communication skills
