Description

We are seeking a Recruiter to work for a consulting firm in Minneapolis on a contact basis.

As a Recruiter, your primary role will be to oversee our recruitment process in its entirety. This will involve sourcing and attracting top talent, evaluating resumes, scheduling and organizing interviews, and facilitating hiring processes. You will work to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

  1. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.

  2. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.

  3. Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

  4. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.

  5. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.

  6. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges etc.

  7. Promote company's reputation as a great place to work.

  8. Conduct job offer processes and handle paperwork and documentation.

  9. Improve rules and procedures for the recruitment process.

  10. Stay up to date on the labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in

    Requirements

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
