Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleThe Data Analytics Sr Developer helps bring world class Applied Analytics execution to deliver a portfolio of data analytics solutions. This developer works hands-on in data analytics ecosystem to deliver data analytics products that effectively support Solventum' s Business Strategy. This position requires hands-on analytics experience, data design and data modeling experience. This role requires technical expertise across data engineering, analytics engineering and business intelligence develop, and a level of comfort working with both technical and non-technical partner teams.As a Data Analytics Sr Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact:Accountability to build and maintain a business-aligned portfolio of data analytics products inside our Analytics Ecosystem.Analyze requirements, gather data, develop logical, physical data models and designs to deploy and maintain a wide range data analytics solutions from descriptive to cognitive.Analyze data integration requirements and develop schemas in support of system integration.Work with IT and business stakeholders to ensure data models and designs support theintegration of data/information flow across systems and platforms.Harvest business rules and metadata from application silos; create enterprise data solutions from business specific context to stitch it all together and drive results through analytics.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3MHealth requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Master's Degree or higher AND 3 years of data analytics experienceBachelor's Degree AND 4 years of data analytics experienceHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 6 years of Information systems / Analytics application Consulting experienceANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:3 years of building end-to-end analytics solutions (data to visualization and insights). Thorough experience directly working with structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data to produce analytics modeling and outcomes.3 years of working with back-end application data in one more of the following areas: ERP (Oracle / SAP), Salesforce, Pega.3 years work ng with business and technical leaders to design, build and implement analytics solutions across a Business Intelligence Stack (Azure, Snowflake, SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Masters in data science2 years with ML/AI, advanced analytics, or data science softwareSkills include data engineering, Data Governance, Oral and written communication with senior leadership and front-line developersWork location:RemoteTravel: May include up to [10%][domestic/international]Relocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
