Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) IT Organizational Change Management Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Developing comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals. Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.Identifying and engaging key stakeholders across various levels of the organization to gain support and sponsorship for change initiatives. Build strong relationships with business leaders, project sponsors, and end-users to ensure alignment and buy-in.Conducting change impact assessments to understand the implications of IT initiatives on employees, processes, and organizational culture. Identify potential barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies.Partnering with Communications teams to develop clear and effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about upcoming changes, project milestones, and impacts on their roles and responsibilities.Conducting a training needs assessment to identify the appropriate training strategy and modality to address the end-user knowledge gap and mitigate it accordingly.Develop training materials, user guides, and job aids to support learning and development initiatives.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of IT organizational change management experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND (14) years of IT organizational change management experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practicesExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, with ability to communicate complex issues in simple waysDemonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadershipStrong organizational, coordination and execution skillsAbility to identify process bottlenecks, risks, and issuesWork location: Remote - United StatesTravel: May i clude up to 25% domesticRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
