Regions Hospital has a great opportunity to join our nursing team as a RN in Mental Health to work with an incredible team of people who have a passion for caring for others! Northeast 5 serves patients 18 years and older and are experiencing an acute mental health illness of high acuity. In addition, patients may have medical/surgical conditions that are being treated and require intervention. Our Professional Nursing Practice Model offers patient and family-centered care that maintains an unwavering focus on what matters most: caring and healing at the patient's bedside. As a nursing professional you will be empowered to manage your clinical practice and working environment through our Shared Governance Model, which focuses on evidence-based nursing practice. Regions Hospital supports nurses with an individualized orientation including Transition to Regions Hospital Practice program which is a nurse residency structured program to support learning, role transition, and retention of nurses. We are proud of the care we give each and every patient. Work Schedule: 0.70 Evening/Night. Every other weekend. All 8 hour shifts. Required Qualifications: *Degree in Nursing *Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota *CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers Preferred Qualifications: *BSN/MSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN/MSN is obtained within 5 years of hire *One year of acute care RN experience is preferred Benefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
