Ecolab Inc Team Lead - Customer Data Management (CDM) Operations in St. Paul, Minnesota

This position will lead the CDM OPS team, which is responsible for creating and maintaining the data necessary for Ecolab customers to successfully use any of our digital solutions. The Customer Data Management (CDM) platform is the primary tool used by the team. The scope of this role is global and enterprise wide, covering all Ecolab divisions. The person selected for this role will act as a player-coach, leading and directing the team's daily work activities while also working alongside the team when necessary to meet established SLA's. This position is out of our Saint Paul, MN office as a hybrid work opportunity. Direct and participate in creation and maintenance of customer-provided data that enables customer users to gain access to Ecolab Commercial Digital Solution (CDS) applications. Ensure timely response and issue resolution associated with customer user data. Drive collaboration between sales organizations, corporate account support, digital customer onboarding teams and technology platform teams when required to ensure successful onboarding to Ecolab digital solutions. Coach team members on problem solving, conflict resolution, priorities and leadership behaviors. Periodically coach team members on career planning and goal-setting activities. Participate in Agile feature planning for the CDM Platform and related tools. Other duties as assigned. Minimal Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 6 years professional work experience 1 year experience managing / leading teams Experience managing multiple priorities across various stakeholder groups. No immigration sponsorship available for this role Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of customer master data Affinity for working in highly structured process-oriented teams. Experience managing user provisioning data for digital application access Excellent communication skills: presentation, written, and oral.
