You will be involved in working on meaningful business tasks, receive mentorship from upper management and training from experts!As a Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing capital projects focused on the launch of new and modernization of existing production and technological equipment.

• Developing and monitoring the execution plan for capital project activities.

• Managing project budget expenditures effectively.

• Leading the project team in executing assigned tasks.

• Facilitating effective communication among the project team, clients, and contractors.

• Preparing documentation and reports detailing project outcomes.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of long-term production strategies.

  Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary starting from 155 000 rubles gross

Job Qualifications

• Higher education in a technical field or management.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and technologies.

• Proficiency in writing technical specifications.

• Experience in working with contractors, including performance monitoring and work acceptance.

• Strong budget management skills.

• Proficiency in English at a minimum Intermediate level
