Administrative Coordinator

Job Description

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for utilizing the proprietary system to update all information pertaining to client letters and contract information. This includes updating letters, researching, and working with Senior Leadership. The role involves prioritizing tasks and having a strong attention to detail ability.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry requires excellent typing and attention to detail

  • Supporting deficiency letters and researching based on manager input

  • High level of communication internally and externally

  • Answering emails from internal and external customers based on project requirements

  • Work is fast-paced; priorities and assignments change as needed
