  • Creation and maintenance of project tracking tools related to multiple aspects and levels (steering, working, breakouts) of a complex corporate initiative.

  • Coordination of meetings with operational, finance, and legal working group teams to ensure project stays on track.

  • Work across commercial and functional teams to provide accurate and organized information in connection with large project initiatives

  • Minutes and follow-up on take-away points from coordination calls

  • 1-3 years of experience as a project analyst, consultant, or accountant in the commodities or finance sectors

  • B.A. or B.S. Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Highly effective in setting priorities and managing deadlines, with excellent organization and time management skills

  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint

  • Experience with a consulting firm or as part of a cross functional project team highly desired
