The Legal Counsel for Radiometer is responsible for providing solid legal support across the organization.

You will be a part of the Legal team and report to the Director, Legal responsible for legal support to the global organization.

This position is part of the Global Legal Team located in Copenhagen, Denmark and Stargard, Poland and will be hybrid based in Stargard, Poland.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide legal support to various parts of the organization with a particular focus on global operations, procurement and supply chain

• Support the development and implementation of compliant and ethical business practices

• Work together with colleagues in Radiometer and other Danaher companies across the globe to improve legal support processes and business processes

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Law degree from a European law school, preferably in Poland

• At least 3-5 years postgraduate experience advising on commercial law topics in a dynamic business environment - whether from a private practice or in-house role or a combination

• Strong communication skills and ability and desire to navigate and collaborate across teams in a diversified organization

• Good sense of judgement and courage to defend own positions to protect the business from unacceptable risk or behavior

• Fluent in English and Polish language

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Creating and implementing solid business processes

• Advising in relation to the life science sector or other heavily regulated industries
