The Production Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for production process from technical point of view, carrying about quality and safety level of production. Introducing new product and processes to production, cooperating with suppliers on quality subcomponents. Managing production documentation, participating in validation processes. In order to improve scrap level is analyzing available data and taking appropriate countermeasures. Position is closely related to production department.

This position is part of the Radiometer - Manufacturing/Process Engineering located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. Z o.o. Stargard and will be hybrid mode At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the engineering team and report to the Senior Manager, Engineering & Maintenance responsible for engineering and maintenance in RSOL1. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Evaluates manufacturing equipment to identify potential machinery upgrades that could result in increased efficiency or quality.

• Contact with many technologies as well as the implementation of new ones

• Contact with many company sides in Europe and around world.

• Possibility to participate in the process of development existing products and implementation of new products

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Higher education; preferable production engineering or similar

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry (process engineer or similar)

• Knowledge about Lean Manufacturing

• Advanced knowledge about production process control

• Very good English level

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in medical industry (process engineer or similar)

Na tym stanowisku do Twoich zadań będą należeć:

• Ocena procesu produkcyjnego i zasobów, w celu identyfikacji potencjalnych zagrożeń i ograniczeń,

• Modyfikacja procesu produkcyjnego w celu maksymalizacji produkcji i jakości produktu,

• Identyfikacja procesów i operacji do ich zautomatyzowania oraz wykazania potencjalnych nieefektywności lub nieaktualności procesów/technologii,

• Opracowywanie specyfikacji technicznej maszyn, w celu wprowadzania zmian w istniejących/nowych procesach,

• Ocena sprzętu produkcyjnego w celu zidentyfikowania potencjalnych ulepszeń maszyn, które mogłyby skutkować zwiększoną wydajnością lub poprawą jakości,

• Współpraca wewnątrz działowa z pozostałymi Inżynierami Produkcji oraz pozostałymi działami.

Aby móc w pełni realizować powierzone zadania, niezbędne będzie posiadanie kompetencji, które wymieniamy poniżej:

• Doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym stanowisku (minimum 2 lata),

• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego,

• Wykształcenie wyższe techniczne z zakresu mechaniki, automatyki, inżynierii produkcji lub inne wykształcenie techniczne i zainteresowanie tematyką z zakresu mechaniki, automatyki,

• Znajomość programu do modelowania 2D/3D oraz środowiska MS Office,

• Komunikatywność, otwartość na pracę zespołową i osiąganie celów.

Dodatkowym atutem u Kandydata będzie:

• Znajomość Systemu Zarządzania Jakością, zasad dotyczących zarządzania projektami i zagadnień związanych z Lean Manufacturing.

Na tym stanowisku przewidujemy możliwość odbywania podróży służbowych (do 10% czasu w skali roku).
