The Production Engineer for Radiometer is responsible for production process from technical point of view, carrying about quality and safety level of production. Introducing new product and processes to production, cooperating with suppliers on quality subcomponents. Managing production documentation, participating in validation processes. In order to improve scrap level is analyzing available data and taking appropriate countermeasures. Position is closely related to production department.

This position is part of the Radiometer - Manufacturing/Process Engineering located in Radiometer Solutions Sp. Z o.o. Stargard and will be hybrid mode At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.

You will be a part of the engineering team and report to the Senior Manager, Sensors & Kitpak Production responsible for daily working with processes, solving problems concerning product/ material. You will join the project / production team working to finalise the implementation of the new production line and support production after project completion. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Daily working with processes, solving problems concerning product/ material.

  • Implementation of small improvements kaizens, analyses of product/ material defects.

  • Writing and reviewing production documentation, test protocols and reports.

  • Collaboration with engineers for process improvements and coordination of test new/after modernization products/ components.

  • Collaboration with validation engineers for validation of products/ machines process.

  • Cooperation with maintenance department in order to assure production process and delivery continuity.

  • Evaluates manufacturing equipment to identify potential machinery upgrades that could result in increased efficiency or quality.

  • Contact with many technologies as well as the implementation of new ones.

  • Contact with many company sides in Europe and around world.

  • Possibility to participate in the process of development existing products and implementation of new products.

  • Development opportunities in lean tools.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Formal Education: Master Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Automatics, Production Engineering or related fields, production engineering or similar.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing industry (process engineer or similar, automotive or medical will be an advantage).

  • Advanced knowledge about mechanical and electronical systems

  • Language: English – min. upper intermediate (B2), Polish – fluent

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in medical industry (process engineer or similar)

  • Long-term technical experience in electronic or mechanical engineering, e.g. experience in the specification and commissioning of production equipment.

  • Long-standing experience in working in highly regulated industry, with high preference for medical industry, as a plus.
