SERVICE FIRST STAFFING restoration Service Technicians in STEVENS POINT, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide restoration services for residential and commercial structures damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather. 2. Perform water extraction, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold and mildew remediation. 3. Deodorization/decontamination, and demolition and debris removal. 4. Lift/carry/clean household and commercial contents and load onto a box truck or van. Items can include furniture, beds, dressers, kitchen appliances and utensils, desks, filing cabinets and misc items, etc 5. Place and monitor the proper equipment (Fans, Dehumidifiers, Air scrubbers) inside homes and commercial properties per instructions from Project Manager. 6. Monitor trucks, make sure filled with gas, clean, maintenance issues need to be communicated to management. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 1. Ability to lift up to 100lbs 2. Candidate must fit into company culture (family business) gets along well with others, friendly. 3. Pack/unpack furniture and contents into a box truck or van from a home or commercial property. 3. Demolition work (remove flooring/carpet, drywall, cabinets, etc) and place into dumpster. 4. Ability to use certain tools (crowbar, sawzall, hammer). 5. Communicate effectively with supervisor, co-workers, and customers to provide excellent customer service. 5. No experience necessary will train person with the right attitude. 6. Ability to be on call during the evening and weekends (time is shared between the entire team to share the burden). This is a 24/7/365 emergency service company. SAFETY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Be aware of and follow up to date OSHA regulations that apply to the tasks on your job. 2.
