Position Details:\ Provide hardware and software support for PCs and Macs toOSUExtension personnel in district, area and county offices across the State of Oklahoma. Technical support is provided through remote diagnostics, telephone support, electronic mail, and on-site visits. Develop and implement a learner-based training program related to Information Technology (IT) efforts and issues forOSUExtension district personnel, area specialists, and county staff.
