Google Enterprise Sales Manager, Google Cloud (Swedish, English) in Stockholm, Sweden

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience leading and managing a team.

  • Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.

  • Experience in Infrastructure or Platform-as-a-Service (IaaS/PaaS) business roles.

  • Ability to communicate in Swedish and English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions with local and international stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in field sales in the technology industry, promoting Cloud solutions, Infrastructure or Platform-as-a-Service (IaaS/PaaS).

  • Experience working with enterprise clients in the manufacturing/telecommunications segment and other verticals.

  • Experience owning C-level relationships as a trusted advisor and partner.

  • Experience promoting cloud computing technologies to large and complex organizations across geographies.

  • Understanding of data and networking technologies, the global cloud computing market, and key drivers for growth in the aimed industry segment.

  • Understanding of how various cloud technologies work together to drive technology adoption within the existing account base.

As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Account Executives focused clients in the Enterprise vertical. You will be responsible for the market success of our products, such as Google Cloud Platform and Workspace, and the adoption of our business-relevant and pure-cloud solutions. You will advocate products and solutions within the Swedish market, refining the overall product plan, positioning, and the go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Strategists to define strategic goals that impact business metrics including business growth attainment, shorter business cycles, bigger business sizes, new logo acquisition, and more.

  • Implement and d irect Go-To-Market propositions in a given business sector, pulling together Marketing, Demand Management, Solutions, and Product and Engineering teams to produce a focused proposition.

  • Build and maintain relationships to influence long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted advisor to our customers.

  • Work with wider Google Account teams to develop and drive pipeline, and to provide guidance. Build a pipeline of customers within selected verticals.

  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Marketing resources to provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them to maximize Google Cloud Platform in a given team. Work towards strategic business goals.

  • Build a pipeline of customers within selected sectors.
