Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems Analyst in the manufacturing industry, based in Strongsville, Ohio. This role involves working with IT and business systems and coordinating small projects. The successful candidate will be required to support and administer ERP systems, manage and support e-Commerce solutions, and work with data reporting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with various IT and business systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

• Coordinate small projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Support and administer ERP systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.

• Manage and support e-Commerce solutions, ensuring smooth operations.

• Work with data reporting and analytics tools, providing insights for decision-making.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Learn new technologies and adapt to changes in the industry.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Document all work processes and systems accurately and comprehensively.

• Be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional off-hours and weekend availability to support projects and critical issues.

• Travel as required for the role (less than 10%), adapting to varying environments and cultures at the job site.

• Read, write, and follow verbal instructions in Standard English. Requirements • Minimum of three years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role within the manufacturing industry.

• Demonstrated proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI.

• Strong skills in Data Analytics.

• Familiarity with various Enterprise Applications.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
