We are seeking a Production Support Technician in our Stuart, FL, location to join our team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists production leadership with continuous improvement projects

• Assists with training of operators for products and processes within the local team

• Provides support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team

• Carry out product and process non-conformity investigations and associated reporting and partners with team for corrective actions

• Assist production leadership with monitoring the completion of tasks

• Participate in the communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Assist production leadership in responding to operator queries

• Assist in data entry using appropriate systems

• Partner closely with with the Production Supervisor

• All other duties assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 3-5 years Manufacturing experience required

• Continuous Improvement experience preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Physical demands: While performing duties of job, incumbent may be required to stand for full shift; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• Work environment: Non A/C work area, the noise level is usually moderate
