BAY MARINE Detailer in STURGEON BAY, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assess the condition of gel coat/paint and recommend proper maintenance protocol Wash, buff, and wax deck and hull Apply bottom paint to sail and power boats Possess knowledge of proper operation of hand and hand-held air/electric tools and apply to work Follow all procedures pertaining to safety and personal protection equipment Ensure quality of work performed ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The Detailer I\'s responsibility is to perform the duties below on a regular basis and meet customer satisfaction standards as well as company sales and safety requirements. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements: Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required Current valid drivers license required Ability to speak and read English to follow instructions on work orders as well as understand product and manual instructions Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job Comfortable working around or on water. Comfortable working at heights of 30 feet (with safety equipment). Must be able to complete assigned work in an efficient and timely manner Strong work ethic and personal commitment Ability to work in a team environment to achieve team, department, and company goals Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
