Responsibilities Performs routine clerical supply work to ensure the effective operation of an ongoing supply activity following established procedures. Serves as linen and uniform keeper. Conducts counts or inventories of supplies. Maintains records and makes requisitions, receipts, and disposals. Contacts supply and service organizations to obtain material status information, perform follow-up on urgently required items, and/or to expedite delivery. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Prior work experience as housekeeper. A basic knowledge of supply and its rules and procedures. Knowledge of computer systems and personal computer or terminal operation to perform automated functions associated with the duties of the supply activity. The Stuttgart Lodging facilities operate 24 hours a day 365 days a year and are staffed around the clock. Scheduled tour of duty is irregular and rotational, to include mornings, evenings, nights, overnights, weekends, and US and German holidays. You will be required to work at all Stuttgart Lodging facilities during all shifts, based on staffing requirements. Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
