LinkedIn Business Platform is a central platform that enables business “at” and “with” LinkedIn globally. LinkedIn Business Platform, LBP for short, powers all of the LinkedIn businesses - with an uber goal to create a channel-neutral GTM strategy across each of our lines of business. LBP is a set of products and platforms that help each business create new products, sell them effectively and enable aspects of product administration. This platform fuels and enables end-to-end experience for our customers and employees, including checkout, billing, provisioning, go-to-market management, administration & license management.

As a Product Manager in LBP, you will be building the foundations upon which we can deliver value to our customers, at scale, and ultimately drive $10B+ in annual revenue. These platforms empower global teams across Sales, Support, Operations, and Customer Success to be more productive and successful. The demands of fast-growing multibillion dollar SaaS businesses have only continued to grow, requiring a product manager to set strategic direction, weigh and prioritize the needs of existing and future teams and business growth and to execute against strategic investments to support our employees and businesses.

We are looking to hire a Product Manager to join our product organization and execute the vision, strategy and key initiatives for our LinkedIn Business Platform team. This includes leveraging a diverse team in order to bring big, ambitious ideas “to life” while collaborating closely with cross functional teams including other Product Managers in the product organization, sales, design, engineering, data science and business operations.

This role will partner closely with our Product Management leadership and a cross functional team of Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to set the vision and deliver outcomes to achieve critical business needs. You will have a strong focus on evolving the domain. You will work to gather business requirements and build out a solution that is architected in a platform-first way that not only enables near-term business needs, but also creates leverage to support growth long term.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to build innovative features and platform enhancements.

  • Develop a comprehensive product and marketing roadmap to deliver on business goals

  • Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements

  • Stay tuned with all the go-to-market industry developments/regulations and its impact on LinkedIn.

  • Work cross-functionally and with the Product Development team to bring features live to the site

  • Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • BS degree in a technology-related field

  • 4+ years of experience in a product management or equivalent role

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS degree in a technology-related field

  • Experience building web products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch, preferably in an e-commerce environment

  • Experience in Go-to-Market, Go-to-Market systems and understand the tools and reporting required for customers to manage and reconcile Go-to-Market across sales, support, success and operations

  • Excellent communications skills and collaborative in nature, ability to make the complex seem simple; Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Ability to shift from developing and communicating a strategy to executing in a cross-functional, matrixed organization

  • Experience with growing a online subscription business

  • Knowledge of the Internet, emerging web technologies and community building

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace

  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The pay range for this role is $167,875 to $195,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
