This is a full-time engineering role based in Sunnyvale, CA

You will be at the heart of member understanding that redefines the way LinkedIn understands and interacts with its entities across various marketplaces. You will be building next generation member understanding platforms, specifically tailored to LinkedIn's data, and a groundbreaking modeling framework. Your contribution will be pivotal in our understanding of members' interests, behaviors, and interactions. This team’s work impacts all the one billion members of the global workforce who are currently on the LinkedIn platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, implement, and optimize machine learning solutions Contribute to scalable AI and Machine Learning innovations and collaborate with other horizontal and vertical teams at LinkedIn

Basic Qualifications:

BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related technical discipline, or related practical experience.2+ years experience in software design, development, and algorithm related solutions.2+ years experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of relevant professional experience Hands on experience the internals of deep learning frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) and deep learning modelsExperience with high-performance linear algebra libraries such as cuDNN, CUTLASS, Eigen, MKL, etc.General experience with the training and deployment of ML modelsHands on experience with writing CUDA code and knowledge of GPU internals MS or PhD in Computer Science or related technical disciplineExperience with distributed systems development or distributed ML workloads

Compensation:

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $156,000 - $210,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
