About The Role:

As a CBRE MAC Coordinator, you will coordinate and execute all tasks to support MAC requests. Work with Project Management, Space Planning, and Facilities Management teams and move vendors to ensure accurate execution of MAC projects.

This job is part of the Moves, Additions, and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate logistics in relation to relocations, furniture moves, and reconfigurations.

  • Provide MAC project assistance, including but not limited to box moves, delivery of moving supplies, furniture installation and reconfiguration as well as troubleshooting and furniture repair.

  • Support the administration of all moves, adds, and changes.

  • Implement moves and furniture requests using the client’s MAC tools and systems. Follow up with all post-move issues to ensure completion and closure of MAC requests.

  • Support maintenance of central database housing space plans, space configurations, and furniture layouts.

  • Receive all requests for end-user moves; support scheduling, execution, and vendor management.

  • Ensure vendors align with building standards and policies, maintain as-built files and other documentation, maintain information in the database system, furniture documentation, and move documents.

  • Assist client as needed with design and planning activities.

  • Liaise closely with internal and external teams to ensure that effective communication is maintained between all parties involved in moves and changes.

  • Direct company processes, inclusive of client meetings, finances, health and safety, and programming of support contractor activities.

  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately sophisticated issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.

  • Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.

  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
