Responsibilities

• Work with global engineering teams to make the product qualification for regional customer needs.

• Conduct product qualification to ensure performance and reliability and dig out product values for customers’ application.

• Work with laboratory, plan & align the lab resource plan and operations.

• Research and monitor the potential product trends and optimize solution for best cost and system performance.

• Work with application engineering & regional sales & marketing team to align product strategy.

• Accelerate customer engagement of new products by providing technical support and problem solving.

• Plan & align with internal/external customers on compressor and system development synchrony.

• Conduct lean principle of lesson & learn cycle from field application.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above. More than 7 years (BS) or 5 years (MS) experience in HVAC (Large chiller, Air conditioner, heat pump, refrigeration) system development.

• Theory analysis & calculation & simulation on AC system performance.

• Centrifugal System, system control knowledge, Rotor dynamical & Aero dynamical knowledges & experience are preferred.

• Good communication skills of both verbal and written English.

• PC skills including the use of Microsoft Office applications requiring presentation materials, report compilation and computational spreadsheet utilization.

• Lead Engineer or Section Manager position is available if candidate reach requirements.
