Philips SWO/Quotation Specialist in Suzhou, China

In this role, you have the opportunity to

via daily CS back office operation with field team, SWO team contributes to E2E Service delivery and our customer satisfaction

You are responsible for

  • Create SWO registering appropriate information on system based on requests from engineer via Phone/email/System

  • Assign appropriate Field engineer for SWO via system and arrange necessary spare parts including external resources.

  • Create & Send Purchase Orders / Service information to subcontracting companies complying with local law & regulation

  • Amend Schedule/Engineer/Material etc. in SWO based on engineer's request via Phone/email/Local tool

  • Manage service event cost settlement based on SWO condition with business scenarios & regulation

  • Handle engineer's inquiries regarding Tool/Operational issues

  • Resolve System errors and stacks

  • Daily management (incl. Continuous Improvement) for Service Process & Operations in Quality, Performance & Compliance

  • Manage team performance & escalation including communication to Japanese stakeholders

  • Follow all relevant Business and Q&R policies/Law and procedures

You are a part of

The SWO team which belongs to Global Business Support org in China, will work for customer service operation in Philips Japan remotely. You will cooperate with Japan teams: these include a Field service engineers, Response Center Engineers, Resource Planners.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Vocational Degree level education or equivalent

  • N1 Japanese Certification + Japanese Language Paper Test

  • CET 4(score>= 425) + oral English assessment

  • Adequate skill level for PC skill and MS Office knowledge on business work

  • 2+ years in Japanese language environment - Japanese company or other MNC

  • 1+ years Back Office Operation Experience in Customer Services or Customer relations

  • Minimum 35 WPM typing/95% data accuracy (Japanese)

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Fit into Philips culture

Prefer to have

  • Knowledge of Japanese medical business for both equipment / customer service

  • SAP experience

  • Knowledge of Japanese regulations (PAL, Subcontracting Act , etc..)

  • Knowledge of Medical Products

  • Medical Service Business background
