W Sydney is now casting for a Bartender in our 29/30 and Wet Deck outlets.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

The core responsibilities include:

• Work in partnership with WET Deck + 29/30 management team to execute the smooth and flawless operation of the cocktail program

• Able to perform host/hostess duties, section waiting duties when requested

• Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served in the bars

• Work with the management team on cocktail menu changes to ensure fresh, innovative, and seasonally accurate cocktails are available on the menu

• Contribute to shift briefings as required as well as support in training sessions for all beverage products

• Ensure service perform to expectation and that every guest receives the highest quality of service in line with LQA standards

• Support the management team with product requisitions and beverage inventory control

• Ensure opening and closing duties are completed daily and up to standard

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic with a high degree of responsibility
