Reporting to the Managing Director, the D&T Manager is to support the unique needs of the Australian business, including a market specific technology stack (Simpro).
Key accountabilities of this role will include:
Technology Sales & Solution – Understand what CBRE has and how to sell technology correctly, supporting the production of sales materials and leading technology demonstrations to potential clients.
Product Management – Management of Simpro and ownership of updates, ongoing BAU support, general product management with Simpro.
Transitions – Ability to manage technology transitions and site/customer set up within Simpro
Ongoing business as usual support for error management of Simpro integrations to other internal CBRE Systems and taking ownership and accountability for resolving integration errors alongside two junior offshore resources
Lead the management of Master Data reconciliation between Simpro and MyFinance
Support and lead locally new technology deployments such as Account IQ, My Project, Smart FM initiatives.
What You’ll Need
Ideal candidates will have experience in providing technology sales and solution support to business. Experience in technology presentation and demo to client.
Strong stakeholder management to communicate and influence different levels and teams.
Acute understanding from both business and technology perspective.
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to write clear, compelling, business cases and benefits, accommodating input from multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical mindset to identify gaps and provide options.
Strong mental agility to respond to events in a flexible way and move with different ideas.
Commitment to team goals and strong self-awareness.
