CBRE’s Capital Markets Institutional Investments team brings the right advice, skills, and tools to the table to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients. Specialising in all commercial property types, we offer our clients the full suite of investment advisory, disposal solutions and acquisition services

About the role:

  • Work alongside the Capital Markets Office Investments team to secure sales appointments, conduct marketing campaigns and sell office investments.

  • Utilise your financial skills to analyse raw data, economic and financial trends and conduct financial modelling and analysis (Forbury/DCF/valuations).

  • Perform a broad range of project related tasks such as corporate planning, investment advisory, due diligence research, development and market consultancy.

  • Co-ordinate departmental marketing program including quarterly reviews and deal analysis.

About you:

  • Preferably a Valuer or an Assistant Valuer looking to diversify and ultimately progress into a revenue earning role.

  • Financial modelling and Excel skills.

  • Highly analytical, methodical, with the ability to research and present meaningful data.

  • A strong working knowledge of the commercial property market

  • Team player who communicates and shares insights.

  • Strengths in communication both written and verbal.
