Summary: Be part of a team with the desire to provide outstanding customer service and excellent service options to our customers. 11:00am 8:00pm, Monday Friday.
Responsibilities: Provide customers with service options, opportunities, and solutions via phone and email. Accurate and efficient order processing. Ability to adapt to change, as well as to work independently, or with a team.
Qualifications: Consistent attendance, strong problem -solving and organizational skills. A desire to help others. Have excellent communication, telephone and customer service skills. The ability to multi-task. Be able to follow through on tasks. Must be computer literate, have a professional, positive and encouraging attitude, and pay attention to detail. HS Diploma or GED is required.
Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $16.00 to 17.00 per hour. The actual salary will vary based on applicants experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
