SUNY Upstate Medical University LPN in Syracuse, New York

Job Summary: Greet patients, direct to exam rooms, prepare for exam. Routine assistance during exams: set up trays for injections, measure and record progress of patients,

take and record vital signs. Suture and staple removal. Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a very busy practice. Assist with general office duties, reception, appointment scheduling, filing and chart preparation. Work with the authorization team to obtain authorizations for same day injections.

Minimum Qualifications:

NYS licensed/registered LPN. Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior orthopedic or urgent care experience preferred.

Work Days:

M-F 8 am - 5 pm (may change based on Provider assignment)
