Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant/PTA position available at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a privately owned and state of the art Sub-Acute Rehab Facility located in Syracuse, NY. Duties:
Primary responsibilities will be to follow treatment plans, and help restore day to day functionality
Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
The PTA assists with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
Skills/Requirements:
Current New York State Physical Therapist Assistant licensure—new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistants who enjoy helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
