Cook and prepare delicious and authentic Thai cuisine;2. Prepare soups, roasts, and other items that require a lot of time to cook;3. Work under time pressure and deadlines during busy lunch and dinner hours; 4. Control the quantity and quality of food;5. Keep track of inventory and supplies; and6.
