What is the job about?

As a Senior Product Data Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintain product master data, structures, and documents within your assigned area. Collaborating closely with Product Development teams, you'll ensure adherence to Grundfos Group Standards and Processes. Your efforts will directly contribute to exceeding customer requirements, enhancing satisfaction, and fostering loyalty.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Handling all product master data, structures, and documents within an assigned area, collaborating closely with colleagues in Product Development (PD) teams (agile teams) in adherence to Grundfos Group Standards and Processes.

  • Ensuring our deliveries consistently meet or exceed customer requirements, making a positive impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Participating in Product Master Data Projects, contributing your expertise and unique insights to enhance data quality and efficiency.

  • Gatekeeper for correct data quality. Escalate data quality issues to Product Information Management.

  • Contributing to efficient Product Master Data handling and usage, both within Product Development and beyond, by leveraging your diverse perspectives and knowledge.

  • Implementing relevant activities within the agreed tasks/sprints, following established processes/methods with precision.

  • Communicating regularly with the agile team to provide updates on your tasks' status and progress, promoting open and clear communication.

  • Effective task-related communication and collaboration within the team. Good cooperation with local and foreign colleagues.

Your background:

We imagine that you have:

  • Secondary education (high school). We focus on skills, on practical tasks, not solely on educational background. We value your ability to demonstrate your skills and work effectively in the agile team, cooperating with them to achieve common goals.

  • 2-3 years of experience in product data and documentation handling, with insight into SAP systems or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) .

  • Experience in MS Office/Excel and technical skills.

  • Practical thinking, enabling you to solve complex challenges with confidence.

  • Problem-solving skills, complemented by a service-minded attitude.

  • Structured, detail-oriented and committed to data quality.

  • Confident in English written and spoken.

  • Agile mindset or knowledge.
