Job Details:

• Relevant experience of 4-5 years in facilities/building management. Minor repairs and troubleshooting in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, aircon, refrigeration, fabrication/ carpentry works in retail setting (supermarket, department store, convenience store, mall etc.)

• With experience in handling a team

• Focus is more on equipment monitoring and minor repairs (Generator, Chillers, Refrigeration, Aircon, and etc.)

• Knowledgeable with Routine Operations and Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Reactive Maintenance.

• Amenable to work on 6-day work week and shifts (AM, MID, PM)

• Preferably someone who can start within 2 weeks' notice

• Available site: Alangalang and Hilongos (Eastern Visayas)

Good to have but not required:

• NC II, Driver's license

The company will provide the uniform, PPE, tools
