Not every manufacturer will have razor thin tolerance levels. Not every manufacturer will personally oversee the development, design and machining of every part that comes off the line. We’re not every manufacturer.

The Opportunity.The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting our customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service complications via phone and email.

The Job.The Customer Service Representative assists potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about additional products and services. Additionally, the CSR creates customer accounts by recording essential information as well as maintaining customer records by updating information as needed. The CSR resolves product and/or service problems by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-year customer service experience; assisting customers via phone, chat or email.

  • Ability to multi-task in high volume call environment

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers.

  • Ability to professionally and sensitively resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of confidentiality

  • Complete other tasks as assigned by Customer Service Manager

  • Experience in a call center environment preferred
