Job Description:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Transactional Purchase Requisition Activities:
Handle simple to moderate purchase requisition tasks for assigned countries, regions, or areas, including:
Converting PR to PO for both SAP and Legacy systems, and troubleshooting PR to PO issues
Monitoring open POs, including manual POA
Following up on open orders (delays, expedition)
Coordinating PO deliveries and vendor interactions
Making changes to POs regarding quantities and delivery dates
Exception Resolution and Inquiries:
Resolve moderate to complex exceptions and manage inquiries from suppliers and stakeholders
Procedure Compliance:
Follow a variety of clearly defined procedures under general guidance within the Forecast To Schedule areas
Ensure compliance with internal Forecast To Schedule business rules and SOX controls
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related fields
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in FTS transactional activities
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English
Strong customer service and quality-oriented mindset
Proficient in research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Continuous improvement mindset
Knowledge of sourcing principles
Proficiency in MS Office tools
Structured approach to planning and managing workload efficiently
Team-oriented with attention to detail
Knowledge of ERP/SAP, FTS tools, and applications is an advantage
