Project Name: S&C - Comms, Media and Technology Position Name: Management Consulting Manager Role Name: Management Consulting Manager Location: Uptown, deployment to clients (local), WFH Shift: Regular Shift Key Responsibilities: Deliver Business Transformation Projects • Delivery & ownership of digital transformation projects (or delivery ownership of a team in a large-scale digital transformation project) in any of the following areas: • Omni-channel channel (web, app, call center, retail etc.) marketing, sales & service transformation across awareness, discover, lead mgt., purchase lifecycle (Leads, conversion, UX/UI, E-commerce engines, chat assists) • Data Driven real time offers, next best action • Integration to backend systems & capabilities (API’S, Decoupled architecture) • AI and Analytics powered services • Enterprise systems for Comms and/or Media companies • Understand the client’s business priorities, digital maturity and innovation agenda • Co-create with client, define front office transformation strategy and innovation agenda • Align client teams & capabilities to enable successful transformation • Leverage comprehensive suite of Accenture assets and solutions • Gather client's current business processes, people & technology capabilities & requirements • Drive the Design, development & delivery of new business processes, capabilities & technologies • Leverage Design thinking workshops & Agile methodologies across solutioning & delivery phases • Define & measure value of new business capabilities • Drive testing and implementation of new business capabilities, with continuous improvement • Drive communications, training and job aids to support change management • Lead program management, Governance and C-level / executive updates • Manage project scope, schedule and budget Build long-standing, trust-based relationships • Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client counterparts through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry • Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to the client Grow the business/account • Drive key commercials - sales, revenue and profitability for the account • Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal constructs and solutioning to grow business Build the Practice • Lead the growth of the practice through new business proposals and presentations, recruitment activities, coaching and mentoring to team. • Lead practice building activities (e.g. conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting). Qualifications: Must Have: Bachelor’s Degree 7 years of Consulting, IT Services or Industry experience focusing on the telecommunications sector for Global clients in one or more of the following domains: marketing transformation, sales transformation or service transformation o Digital marketing strategy, Channel strategy (assisted & unassisted), Campaign strategy & execution (SEM, SEO, Display, Social etc.) o CX Design & Implementation o Marketing operations o E-commerce & CRM (understanding of architecture & capabilities) o B2C & B2B sales and supporting processes o Digital Factory/ Operating Model o Exposure to B2B Sales force automation tools & capabilities • Sustained client relationship management experience at a C-suite level or having operated at a senior management level in an industry role • Solid financial acumen, analytical, diagnosis and problem-solving skills. • Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results
