  1. 负责细分市场的研究,制定业务市场策略并组织实施,包括:
  • 分析和研究细分市场的发展趋势、业绩表现和业务增长机会,制定辖区内各细分市场的业务发展策略

  • 收集市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的信息,结合公司发展方向和策略,制定辖区内的产品竞争策略、渠道策略、大项目策略等

  1. 负责办事处人员发展及团队建设管理,包括:
  • 实施公司各项管理制度,执行公司的各项策略与政策

  • 领导办事处团队完成分公司分配的各项业务指标

  • 确保分公司办事处团队各项职能的有效执行

  • 持续提升团队人员的工作效能,提高团队整体运营效率

  1. 负责评估建立、维护和发展代销商网络,包括:
  • 评估现有代销商网络的合理性,并按照评估结果及市场细分原则制定代销商发展计划

  • 评估各家代销商的能力,针对不足制定改善计划

  • 寻找和筛选有潜质、有能力并且合规的代销商,发展其为公司合作伙伴

  • 管理代销商的业务管道,长期维护代销商关系,建立定期的沟通机制

  1. 负责日常销售活动管理,包括:
  • 设定区域内销售代表及代销商合理的台量考核指标

  • 审核销售团队和代销商的项目信息报备,将SAM各项指标:包括市场覆盖率,新建方案台量,管道台量,分解落实到销售代表、代销商

  • 制定销售代表客户拜访计划并监督执行情况

  • 直接参与重要客户、大项目的业务谈判

  • 协调处理处理客户投诉

  1. 领导安排的其他工作。
