Responsibilities
Expectations & Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
Rent collection and complete all financial reporting
Coordination of vendors
Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet company standards
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and governmental agencies
Job duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time by CA Management Team
Qualifications
Your Skills:
Minimum of 1-2 years community management experience preferred
Student Housing background strongly preferred
Exceptional sales and closing experience, preferably in student-housing markets
Possess the skills to effectively recruit, train and coach for exceptional sales experience
Excellent customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead team to perform at a high level
Experience with Student Housing Turnover and/or renovation projects
Strong technical skills, including Excel and property management software
Experience with Entrata a plus!
Ability to manage a financial plan
Dynamic leasing and marketing background, with the ability to foster creative ideas for increased traffic and income
A can-do attitude with the tenacity to get the job done!
Proven ability to perform in all areas of Property Management
Floating schedule, to include weekends and evenings
Attendance and reliable transportation are required
