WTW Lead Payroll Administrator in Tallahassee, Florida

The Lead Payroll Administrator roles requires strong customer service, communication and computer skills with an emphasis on Excel. Organization, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines are essential to this position. The ability to function well within a self-directed team environment is also needed.

The Role:

  • Respond to associate inquiries untilizing the Service Central ticketing system

  • Review demographic logs and calculate retroactive payment for salary changes

  • Set-up ancilliary pays including the generation of the payroll load files

  • Create Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for management reporting

  • Maintain employee restitutions agreements, including the calculation of overpayments/repayments, tracking for the receipt of payments, and entering adjustements as applicable in ADP Vantage

  • Enter tax adjustments to include communicating with the Payroll Tax Manager, as needed

  • Assist with the on-boarding process relative to the entry of Forms W-4 (new hires, rehires, entity transfers)

  • Other duties as assinged by the North America Director of Payroll Operations

The Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • ADP and Oracle experience desired

  • 5+ years of experience in a U.S. multi-state payroll processing function required
