CRM Data Support Coordinator

The CRM Data Support Analyst will assist with all data stewardship tasks in Microsoft CRM to include data input, de-duplication, data integration & migration and identification and repair of data quality issues.

Required

• (Associates or Bachelors accepted) Degree in business, IT or related field

• Experienced MS Excel user (including vlookup and pivot tables)

Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring CRM database health and identifying/correcting inaccurate, corrupt and/or incomplete data

• Identify potential duplicate account and contact records, verify with relationship lead(s), and merge as appropriate

• Assist in Marketing List preparation

• Assist in new Account and Contact record creation via upload process

• Assist in Account and Contact record data enhancement via upload process

• Other related duties as needed

Additional Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales module experience

• Data8 Duplicare product experience

The pay range for this position is $18/hr to $41/hr. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
