Job Description

A Learner Services Advisor provides assistance to students in their development and ongoing achievement of education goals. The LSA will work very closely with students who are at risk of not graduating to motivate them to persist and provide them with all the resources they need to graduate. They will contact students on a regular basis to build and maintain a relationship and serves as the students advisor and first point of contact to ensure questions are answered and concerns are resolved. Assist students with questions related to course navigation, academic policies, course expectations, technical assistance, and other student support services. They will be making anywhere from 80-100 outbound calls a day through an auto dialer systems where their calls are recorded for training purposes.
