**Job Description: The Office Assistant will support the team in various functions including providing administrative support, meeting coordination, and ensuring day to day operations. The Office Assistant may be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material and must be familiar with a variety of office practices and procedures.

The Office Assistant will report to the Executive Assistant and work closely with all employees at the Tampa, Florida location.

Duties and Responsibility:**

Order office supplies, restock supply stations and ensure all equipment is operational

Maintain filing system, contact list, employee list, and marketing inventory

Ensure the office is clean, stocked, and organized

Perform general administrative tasks including drafting communications, filing, and routing voicemails and telephone calls

Route incoming and outgoing mail and packages; and distribute all accordingly

Serve as point of contact for all office related issues including maintenance and repairs needed

Ability to schedule outside vendors for repairs needed

Schedule and coordinate meetings with vendors and ensure they meet building requirements
