Position Summary:
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing critical operations.
Qualifications:
Project Manager Professional (PMP) or equivalent DAWIA certification:
Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing a large team.
You’ll lead forward-deployed field service representatives, engineers, and data integrators.
5 years’ experience in USSOCOM assigned organizations.
Military personnel, government civilian, or contractor
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute program strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Coordinate efforts across multiple departments or locations.
Resource Management:
Efficiently allocate materials and human resources.
Manage through subordinate supervisors.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain frequent communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Prepare and present briefings to current and potential customers.
Technical Expertise:
Understand and support project-specific requirements, leveraging digital solutions.
Prepare and update project management plans.
Maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Microsoft Project.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
Apply an Agile system engineering approach to support design, development, integration, and testing.
Mentor subconsultants and manage impediments efficiently.
General Information:
Location: Tampa, FL (Contingent upon Award)
Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret with SCI Eligibility
Background Check and Drug Screen: Required for external new hires in the U.S.

Compensation: 100k-200k depending on experience. Sign-on bonus and performance-based bonus available at the 1-year point.
